Biomass system installation and design
I specialise in biomass systems from design stage to handover. With 7 years experience of biomass systems I have encountered many of the typical problems, and some of the more unusual ones. Pellet, log, district heating, etc.

Solar thermal installation
Often biomass systems run hand in hand with solar thermal. I am an experienced installer of solar thermal systems from evacuated tubes, flat panel, and in-roof systems. I am experienced at link up to thermal stores and in best-design practises of running solar thermal in tandem with other renewables such as biomass or heat pumps.

Biomass servicing and maintenance
Servicing is a very important regular task which can help keep your biomass system running as it should, as well as highlighting any potential issues which can then be fixed before they become a problem.

Solar thermal maintenance
To keep your solar thermal system working as it should it requires maintenance at least every 3 years. This can give your solar thermal system a new lease of life, especially if it has not been done in a while. Think about this, especially before the summer season.

Stove installation
I am an experienced installer of stove and chimney systems, both dry stoves and wet / boiler stove systems. I have been installing stoves now for 12 years.

System design
I can design heating and hot water systems incorporating renewable (and conventional) heat sources. Companies that provide heating and hot water systems will bring me in at design stage to make sure that the design is as it should be. I can also help advise on domestic design to get your system working tip-top from the start.

Fault diagnosis / technical investigation and consultancy
Is your system not working quite as it should? Can no-one seem to find out why? I am called in by many customers, both domestic and businesses, to investigate systems such as these and pinpoint areas of concern.
I can also be called in for more general consultancy; for example your team may need a refresher on biomass system design.

General plumbing / heating engineering
I can of course also provide more general plumbing / heating engineering services whether that be running zoned heating circuits, fitting out bathrooms, underfloor installation, fitting new hot water cylinders, etc.
